Q:  How do I get a hold of customer service if I have an issue?

A:  The majority of the issues that you’re encountering can usually be resolved by reading our product instructions, FAQ’s section, and corporate contact information.

Q:  What is your Return Policy?

A:  If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your armouri product that was purchased from our website, you may return it within the first 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, (S&H not included).  You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost.  If you didn’t purchase your armouri product from our website, then you’ll need to return them to the original place of purchase and follow their policies.

Q:  Can I bring or return my product to armouri’s office or pick them up?

A:  No.  armouri’s office doesn’t have a reception area to service customers, nor do we stock inventory.  All returns and exchanges need to go through the proper receiving channels located at our warehouse.

Q:  What is your Warranty Policy?

A:  As our commitment to producing high quality products, armouri offers a one (1) year full guarantee on all of our products against defects in materials, parts, and workmanship.  Our guarantee does not cover product damages that have resulted from normal wear and tear, accident or misuse of the item.  In addition, products sold “As-is” or “Discontinued” are not covered under our warranty.

In order for your product to qualify under our warranty we will need to receive:

1) The product(s)

2) All components

3) A copy of your receipt

You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost.  Please remember to include proof of purchase in order to obtain service under our warranty.
